Time is limited right now because of the crazy sleep schedule. Between 8pm and 12pm the next day I aim to get 7+ hours of sleep in 1+hour segments. Between 12pm and 8pm, during that eight hour segment, 4 hours account for taking care of Charles, leaving me maybe 4 hours to eat, shower, use the restroom or do anything.
